1. Acceptance
By installing the Flyzio extension or using flyzio.net, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What Flyzio does
Flyzio is a browser extension that scans Reddit for relevant threads and helps you draft and post replies through your own Reddit account. It operates through your browser session — not through the Reddit API — and posts as you, not on your behalf via a third-party system.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content posted to Reddit through Flyzio. We generate draft replies — you choose whether to post them.
- You must comply with Reddit's User Agreement and the rules of any subreddit where you post.
- You must not use Flyzio to post spam, misleading content, or to violate Reddit's policies.
- You must keep your API key (if applicable) secure. We are not responsible for charges incurred by unauthorized use of your key.
4. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your Flyzio account if you use the service to post spam, violate Reddit's terms, or abuse the system in ways that could harm other users or Flyzio's reputation. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
5. Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund if the product isn't working as described. Contact hello@flyzio.net with your account email to request a refund.
6. Disclaimer
Flyzio is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that using Flyzio will result in specific growth outcomes, Reddit account safety, or protection from subreddit bans. Reddit's moderation policies are outside our control. Use the built-in rate limits and review every reply before posting.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flyzio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including Reddit account restrictions or bans.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
